Minimum qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience working in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, commerce, media or working with advertising agencies.
  • 4 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients, agencies or customers.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and demonstrated ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients, and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products.
  • Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs through business techniques, including effective questioning, managing objections, and competitive promoting.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
  • Ability to exhibit thought leadership and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
