6 years of experience working in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, commerce, media or working with advertising agencies.
4 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients, agencies or customers.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and demonstrated ability to achieve goals to drive growth.
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients, and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategy and tactics, and product knowledge across all digital advertising products.
Ability to strategically assess and solve customer needs through business techniques, including effective questioning, managing objections, and competitive promoting.
Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as an engagement strategy.
Ability to exhibit thought leadership and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
