What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute Genba Kaizens across the production process
• Reduce cycle times, setup times, changeovers, and waste
• Analyze and map production processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement process optimization projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor performance and quality indicators, proposing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure integration of solutions
• Conduct training and qualification sessions for operational teams
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management showing results and impacts of improvements
• Stay current on best practices and trends in the automotive sector, applying knowledge for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical training and/or degree in Process Technician, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics
• At least 6 months of experience in Kaizen projects
• Knowledge of JEPS and JE-PDS concepts
• Understanding of technical drawings and measuring device usage
• Familiarity with Process FMEA, electric motors, and cooling fan modules
• Knowledge of 8D, APQP, quality tools, andquality/environmental/safetypolicies
• Basic English proficiency
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in production processes


Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen tools
• Strong leadership skills for multidisciplinary projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creativity and proactivity in problem-solving
