- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a business development sales pursuit role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
- Experience in partnering with technical staff to build business cases and implementation plans.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management guiding customer adoption of innovative solutions and delivering business growth in AI or a related technology field.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting long-term executive relationships, and developing new territories/accounts while ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
- Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based business activity within complex business-cycles, including qualifying high value accounts and leveraging our partner ecosystem.
- Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions (including foundational technical understanding) of Cloud and AI.
