- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with online video campaigns, and understanding of the TV ads market.
- Knowledge of the branding/creative ecosystem and agency culture.
- Ability to tailor solutions to a variety of audiences (e.g., executive-level technical product management, front-line sales teams, etc.).
- Ability to be creative, flexible, proactive, and succeed in ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
