Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with fiber types and their application, physical fiber characteristics, and standard testing tools (OSA, BERT, OTDR).
- Experience in telecommunications, with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer2/3 routers and data services.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a data center.
- Experience in DWDM and routing topology and architecture, with the ability to serve as a source for other teams.
- Knowledge of OSP, ISP, AC/DC power systems, environmental controls relay rack/cabinet/cage construction.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
