EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Responsibilities:
- Take part in several role-specific trainings that will support your onboarding and introduce you to the fundamentals of user assistance.
- Join a team of highly skilled user assistance developers and work on real-life tasks like creating educational videos, blogs, help pages, infographics, and more.
- Learn how to work with the latest technologies in the user assistance field – a DITA-based content management system, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and many more.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Skills and Competencies:
- University student of Philology – English as main language is preferred (Computer Science student with excellent English is also an option)
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new standards and guidelines for writing technical documentation
- Creative thinking
- Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Very good organizational skills
