What You Need to Know About the Role:You will provide technical discovery, product demos, solution design, and integration support for internal Shopping campaign stakeholders and large enterprise merchants in the United States and Canada.This is a hybrid role, with up to three days per week in a local office expected.

- You will own the technical solution and intake phase of Shopping campaign engagements. Your work ensures that solutions are technically feasible, products will meet the business needs of our customers, and requirements are well-defined to ensure smooth implementation.
- You will partner closely with Campaign Stakeholders, engaging with multiple teams across PayPal to ensure these engagements maximize value for PayPal and our customers.
Your Day-to-Day
In your day-to-day role, you will:
- Provide technical analysis, solution design, and product expertise to PayPal’s merchants and internal Shopping Campaign Stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery conversations, conduct detailed business process analysis, and document customer requirements and success metrics.
- Collaborate to create successful end-to-end Shopping solutions and experiences across multiple internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Serve as a Shopping product expert by presenting use cases, functionality, and best practices on launching successful campaigns.
- Perform data analysis to report on campaign effectiveness and incrementality. Communicate key insights and metrics to internal and external Stakeholders
- Provide feedback to PayPal Product Managers, PayPal Software Engineering, and other internal groups on implementation challenges and feature requests.
- Ensure projects are successful by partnering closely with other stakeholders as projects transition from design to implementation and launch. Assist with troubleshooting where needed.
- Occasionally travel for on-site customer visits and PayPal offices (approximately 10% may be expected).
What Do You Need to Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a pre-sales consultant, solutions engineer, technical account manager, marketing analyst, or similar position.
- Industry experience with payments, marketing operations, e-commerce, and/or retail.
- Working knowledge of SQL, BI tools, Tableau, Looker, and/or relational databases.
- Working knowledge of API and web technologies (REST, GraphQL, JavaScript).
- Strongrelationship-building
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Comfortable presenting to C-level executive audiences.
- BS/BA or foreign equivalent in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing Technology & Analytics, Engineering, or similar is preferred.
