• Reponsible for projects execution, ensure completed on time, within budget and meet business objectives

• Responsible for people resources and workload allocation; ensure all team members have sufficient training and skills for assigned tasks and proper staffing is maintained

• Lead Global Cross Functional Team (CFT); Engineering, Project Planning, Process Engineer, Launch Team, Quality

• Lead Cost analysis, control & optimization for your product

• Assist Business Development and Sales teams for commercial issues

• Act as liaison for internal and external customers

• Work with Process, Quality and Design team for products and processes development.

• Report Senior management: project milestones, monitor progress, assess risks at all project life cycles

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in product development related discipline (e.g. Engineering)

• Above 10 years of work experience in Project Management

• Tracking records of Team management experience

• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment

• Analytical and result oriented

• Understand different culture and can work with different regional team members

• Fluent spoken and written English as working language

• Professional skill on Microsoft Office and MS Project

What is nice to have:

• Project experience related to automotive products, particularly seat applications

• PMP certification

• An overseas working experience
