• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to enhanceproductivity and improve product quality

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturingengineering.
• Strongknowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Proven track record of driving process improvements
• Work experience of NPIprocesses and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

• Experience in lean manufacturingand six sigma methodologies/certification
• Knowledge of industry bestpractices and emerging trends in manufacturing
• SAP Working knowledge
• Project management skills
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
