Manager – Complex Project and Program Manager

As a part of our global Business Transformation Delivery team, you will participate in international projects, leading projects and programs for our global market clients. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in program and project management, combined with expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies. This role involves overseeing the execution of complex projects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You will also be part of team creating industry leading solutions in widely understood project management services.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management in large-scale projects or programs within distributed multicultural environments
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken (min. C1)
• Experience in writing proposals and business development activities
• Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Experience in Healthcare, Government & Public Sector and SAP or AI will be beneficial

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Further European language

• Experience in working at consulting companies
• Relevant certificates
