Key job responsibilities
Technical leadership - Lead architectural decisions and design complex features, Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
Software development - Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code performance
Project Management - Estimate project timelines and resource requirements, Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and requirementsSecurity, Performance and Quality Assurance - Conduct performance and security review analysis and optimize system efficiency and security posture, Develop and implement testing strategies

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with Android/iOS app and/or Chromium development
