The purpose of this role is to undertake hydrological, flood modelling and dam safety projects and to collaboratively work with other disciplines. You will be required to write proposals for, win and manage both complex and smaller projects.#JacobsWaterANZ
You will have experience in delivering extreme flood hydrology studies for dam catchments, assessing the likelihood of dam crest flood events, and estimating the depth of dam overtopping associated with a probable maximum flood event (PMF).

You will be familiar with LifeSIM and other programs used to assess consequences of failure.
You will be responsible for:
- Undertaking and leading a range of hydrology, flood modelling and dam safety projects
- Completing office based hydrological, flood modelling and consequence assessments, including the use of a variety of modelling software packages
- Preparation of risk assessments and method statements
- Data collation and analysis.
- Providing specialist hydrological, flood modelling and dam safety support to other technical disciplines within Jacobs, including for infrastructure projects.
