Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience architecting and developing distributed systems.
- Ability to work comfortably with multi-component complex systems and various stakeholders to ensure adoption/impact.
- Ability to discover and build out the right abstractions needed to accelerate the mission and assure the scalability.
