Develop and execute test plans: Actively contribute to the development and execution of test plans, strategies, MOPs, and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Configure and validate lab environments: Configure and validate test environments, including MOPs and configurations, to ensure successful implementation of network solutions.
Manage network configurations: Develop and maintain templates and node-specific configurations for various network functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Implement and integrate network equipment: Play a key role in implementing, integrating, migrating, and upgrading IP/MPLS equipment, both physical and virtual, according to project specifications.
Troubleshoot network issues: Actively diagnose and resolve network, software, and hardware issues, ensuring smooth network operations.
Collaborate with technical teams: Work closely with IP technical support teams (TAC, R&D, Design) to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
Support project planning and risk management: Contribute to project effort estimations, scope of work definition, and risk management, ensuring project success.
You have:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant telecom experience in the IP/MPLS domain, working with service providers (SP) offering mobile and enterprise services.
Advanced practical knowledge of IP technical solutions, including: IPv4, IPv6, routing and switching, MPLS, segment routing, services: L2 VPN, L3 VPN
Hands-on experience in configuring routers/switches using Command Line Interface (CLI) with Nokia and Cisco devices.
Nokia NRS2 certification or equivalent certification from another vendor.
Good practical knowledge of Nokia NMS, including NE integration, software upload & upgrade, backups, alarm monitoring and interpretation
It would be nice if you also had:
Knowledge of SDH/PDH and PSTN, FTN technology and tools like Cramer is a plus.
Familiarity with Key mile XMC23 and XMC25 architecture and services.
Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous and proactive approach to teamwork.
Willingness to work night shifts (time to time).
