Job title: Senior Administration & Payroll Specialist with Hebrew

Your role:

  • Active participation in the migration/transition of HR processes to Service Center inŁódź.

  • Answering employees queries via HR request, chat or over the phone related to payroll (payslipqueries), terms & conditions of employment, company benefits and HR processes.

  • Processing changes in employees’ employment lifecycle accordingly to country payroll calendar and global guidelines (new hire, transfer, time & attendance, benefits, payroll) - data input to Workday and other HR systems.

  • Generating admin & payroll reports, performing internal controls .

  • Providing support to employees, People Managers, People Partners and People Business Partners in order to investigate particular employees’ cases and to enable them to effectively use the HR Portal and other relevant on-line tools for completing transactions.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement activities in the PPS Center through identification of recurring issues to simplify and enhance policies, processes and technologies.

  • Collaborating with members of country local team on HR related topics.

  • Participating in regional/global improvement projects. Delivering sound customer solutions. Support during the implementation of new initiatives, programs, policies, and services by acting as an employee’s first line of contact.

You are the right fit if:

  • You are fluent in Hebrew and EnglishC1(both written and spoken).

  • You have 5+ yearsof professional experience in a similar position.

  • You have university degree preferably in Business Administration, HR, labor law.

  • You possess knowledge of programs e.g. Workday, Service Now is an additional asset.

  • You have hands-on experience of Shared Services transition a plus;

  • You have deep understanding of HR processes.

  • You are able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, multi-task is essential.

  • You are able to take ownership for the process and handling confidential information.

  • You have highly developed interpersonal skills and analytical thinking skills.

  • You have advanced MS Excel skills.
