In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Drive Incremental Revenue and Profitable Growth: Identify cross-selling opportunities to drive incremental revenue and ensure profitable growth for the organization.
- People Management and Proposal Development: Coach team members for growth and career advancement while developing compelling proposals and value-driven business cases by identifying business drivers and goals to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Requirements Analysis and Future-Ready Architecture Planning: Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements and technical specifications, and create roadmaps for future enhancements by understanding the current architecture state of the enterprise.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience as a Service Delivery Manager in Banking sector
- Deep expertise in running long term contracts in application management space
- Deep understanding of service management principles, frameworks (such as ITIL)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with the client
- Fluent in French and English
- Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience as an agile coach would be a plus
