KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the team through coaching, training, and performance appraisals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs for the team’s responsibilities.
• Report the team’s performance to the area manager/director.
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and global teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and solutions for operational challenges.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Work experience (4-5 years) in supply chain or logistics management.
• 1-2 years of experience in team management, performance reporting, and handling complex situations.
• Strong knowledge of legal finance and invoicing processes within the supply chain.
• Full understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and transport markets (Ocean, Air, Land).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
