Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
• Review Data Collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Data requirement gathering.
• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and "clean" data sets by reviewing reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct data quality problems.
• Work with Management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct research, analysis and recommend solution on data quality problems.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solution.

• Education : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or in related fields

• Understanding of data privacy and security standards

• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts
• Understanding of Data Movement between Source and Target applications and perform data quality checks to maintain the data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Understanding requirements directly from stakeholders and writing code to extract relevant data and produce report.
• Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) is a plus
