- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
- Experience with research design utilizing various methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (such as Java, C++, C#, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C).
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
- Familiarity with fundamental concepts of computer science.
- Passion for technology and eager to immerse themselves in a number of interesting and complex domains as they plan and conduct their research.
