You will have the responsibility to track JP ABPL specific goals periodically, and conduct the analysis to drive more value to our customers. You will work closely with ABPL Go To Market (GTM), Marketing, Credit and Business operation team as well as Amazon Business team. You will be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and possess creative problem-solving abilities. You will need to demonstrate subject matter expertise in querying and extracting large datasets and the accompanying tools and programming languages. - インドのData, Insights & Analytics（DISHA）チーム*と協力してレポート作成機能を向上。*DISHAチームは主にWWでのレポートと分析ツールの開発を担当
- DISHAチームやABPLのデータエンジニアリングチームと良好な関係を築き、知識共有の仕組みを確立。これらのチームと効果的に連携して日本での分析の計画を立案
- 既存および新しいBI（ビジネスインテリジェンス）ツールの知識を学び、スキルを継続的に向上2. マーケティングのサポート
- マーケティングチームと協力し、マーケティングキャンペーンの準備（顧客ターゲティング）や事前/事後分析をサポート
3. 与信管理関連のサポート

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Experience with SQL
- Basic knowledge of R/Python or similar scripting languages with applications for data analysis (pandas, scikit-learn, stats packages)
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Fluent both in Japanese and English

- MBA and/or CPA and/or CFA desirable, but not required
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
- Knowledge of AWS technologies (Redshift, Quicksight, SageMaker, EC2, S3)
- Machine Learning experience (forecasting, recommendation, classification, clustering)
