Roles and Responsibilities
Implement and optimize algorithm designs using GPU programming techniques and languages.
Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using the selected technologies.
Provide technical leadership to an Agile team.
Work with Product Owners to understand product requirements & vision.
Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.
Work with product owners and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans.
Drive increased efficiency across teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.
Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities.
Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables.
Apply principles of Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, Continuous Integration, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of C or C++ from fundamentals through advanced concepts
At least five years experience in hands-on coding and design using C or C++
Demonstrated knowledge and implementation experience with data structures and algorithms
Exposure to OOPS and Design concepts
Desired Characteristics:
Exposure to GPU programming using OpenCL, CUDA or similar frameworks is a major plus
Experience working on software projects in the Healthcare domain
Demonstrated initiative in exploring alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
