What you'll be doing - Identify, source, and recruit new ISV partners for Unity Industry across target verticals.
- Build the business case and commercial models for ISV collaboration, including joint go-to-market strategies and shared success metrics.
- Lead commercial negotiation and contracting, aligning on clear "gives and gets" with each ISV partner.
- Work closely with Unity cross-functional teams to validate technical integrations and solution fit.
- Maintain deep awareness of ISV and industry trends, identifying new market opportunities that align with Unity Industry’s strategic priorities.
What we're looking for - Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships and channel/ISV recruitment within enterprise software, SaaS, or industry platforms.
- Strong understanding of the B2B software ecosystem, including cloud, AR/VR, realtime 3D, digital twins, and industrial automation markets.
- Demonstrated ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements.
- Background in enterprise solution sales, systems integration, or AR/VR technology landscape is a plus.
- Global perspective with experience engaging ISVs in your respective territory (AMER, EMEA, APAC) and working with an international team of ISV leaders.
You might also have - Excellent executive presence and communication skills; proven ability to engage with C-suite and senior leadership.
- Highly motivated self-starter; comfortable driving high-impact initiatives with limited oversight.
