This position is responsible for Dexterous corelessbrushed DC and BLDCmotor projects development. The incumbent will be responsible for Coreless motor mechanical design, motor DV and production process improvement, and platform power density improvement.

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for 6mm,8mm,10mm,12mm Coreless motor development, including:

a. Motor mechanical and structural design

b. Cooperating with gearbox engineering to combine whole motor drive unit

c. Coreless motor design verification

d. Coreless motor production line build and processimprovement

2. Responsible for Coreless motor platform building:

a. Communicate with customer for LOR and key requirements

b. Key process improvement including winding, stator assembly

c. To achieve higher torque density for current coreless motor

3. Motor failure issues follow up

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and above, engineering majors like Mechanical or Electrical machinery, etc.

2. Familiar to DC motor structure and work

3. Be good at mechanical drawings

4. Know how to realize motor part processing

5. Have related product development project experience
