Essential Functions ofthe job

  • 360 focus and hand-on approach: Work with the various teams to sethelp regional growth. The role demands 360-degree hands on approach ofDelivery - Hiring, GTM & solutioning, Practise building, Deliveringexcellence and Quality and Profitable growth.
  • Champion in Delivery: A 'Delivery Champion,' this leader excels inenhancing current engagements, ensuring top-tier execution as thefoundation for sustainable growth. Is also able to participate in solutioning,architecting and being part of Customer Orals.
  • Thought Leader: Spearhead the creation of sector specific solutions,be digitally visible, ensure our solutions are technologically advanced andadding value to customer. Represent the company at high-level industryevents, conferences, and forums.
  • Profitable Growth: Ensure operational excellence, focusing on drivingprofitable growth while maintaining high standards of delivery
  • Talent Management: Build a team by attracting, nurturing, andretaining exceptional talent, participate in recruitment, talent development.Provide inspirational leadership and direction to senior managers and thewider team

Responsibilities

  • Grow the AI & Data business towards sustainable growth acrosssectors
  • Lead talent acquisition decisions to build a world-class team
  • Approve Solution design, and commercials for Deals and Proposals.
  • Approve and execute partner outreach strategies and solutionofferings.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, orrelated field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in the AI & Data sector, with a trackrecord of successful execution of Large Analytics technology programdelivery.
  • Deep knowledge of 1-2 key sectors and having history of drivinggrowth.
  • Solid experience in delivering large delivery programs and businessgrowth.
  • Experience in driving sales support, having supported region teams inopportunity pursuits/RFPs and participated in solution shaping, client orals,presented solution to clients in workshop sessions.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture thatencourages innovation and continuous learning, aligning with EY's corevalues and principles.

Knowledge and Skills

  • RequirementsKnowledge:
  • Strong delivery knowledge.
  • Extensive knowledge of AI, data analytics, and the latest technologicaladvancements in the field.
  • A technologist with understanding of the technology trends, , including economic, cultural, and regulatory factors affectingbusiness operations.
  • A comprehensive background in strategic planning, businessdevelopment, and operational management.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a minimum of 20 years ofexperience and in similar roles currently.
  • A strong track record of delivering growth and achieving businessobjectives in a competitive environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully operating within ambiguous andunstructured work environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable ofeffectively articulating complex ideas and influencing decision-makers.
  • High-level strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams to exceedexpectations.
