Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in agreements negotiation and management, identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with the technical cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
Experience in leading Annual planning, Budgeting and forecasting, Data Analysis and extracting insights from data, identify trends, and uncover patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
Experience in technical operations, supplier/vendor management, or service delivery management.
Experience in project or program management, setting up and executing projects and operational processes.
Experience developing and managing relationships with stakeholders.
Experience in tracking and analysis of operational trends in process/workflow performance to implement improvements and efficiency scoring frameworks.
Excellent problem solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
