As a Wet Utilities Engineer, you will coordinate the delivery of design outputs, maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance through meticulous checking. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to liaise effectively with authorities, clients, consultants, contractors, and other members of the wider organization, fostering strong relationships and facilitating smooth project progression.
Moreover, you will take on the responsibility of reviewing and inspecting construction activities, ensuring compliance with designs, drawings, and specifications. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in reviewing and approving documentation, such as shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, as required.
As a successful candidate, you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering, complemented by at least 10 years of related engineering experience, primarily in designs and modeling. Your excellent written and oral communication skills in English, coupled with a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations, will set you apart. To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in wet utilities design and a deep proficiency in Civil 3D/BIM for infrastructure projects. Your ability to draw and integrate utilities/infrastructure networks, perform clash analysis independently, and work proficiently with relevant software will be highly valued.
