This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract and is based in Naarm - Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities

As an EA Team Leader you will be responsible for managing a team of Executive Assistants, inclusive of:

  • overseeing all aspects of the performance management cycle including employee performance evaluation, mid and year end reviews; coaching, goal setting and ongoing development and managing performance.
  • stakeholder management, understanding Partners and Senior Leadership needs and expectations along with navigating wider business demands; recruitment and on-boarding of new EAs; resource management and workforce planning; building a high performance team and driving initiatives for continued improvement including leading engaging team meetings
  • working effectively across various teams and escalating issues to the Assigned Support Manger as necessary; and engagement of the Melbourne EA Community including organising events and sessions to provide learning and support opportunities.
