(Internal Job Title:-) based in Singapore.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Work with hiring managers and Human Resource partners to manage full-cycle recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing and building diverse & inclusive strategies (internal/external, agency and direct sourcing/networking methods etc.)
Source applicants, screen resumes, interview, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers
Perform salary recommendations & execute offer process.
Govern and ensure proper due diligence & relevant fit and proper checks are conducted & steps adhered to
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely production of appropriate documentation and approval
Manage relationships with various stakeholders (both internal and external) to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high quality, diverse candidate pool.
Leverage on data to make data driven recruitment decisions
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Stay abreast of industry trends to keep our hiring strategies competitive: Research markets and peer organizations, and provide stakeholders with market data and activity information
Participate/ lead recruitment projects to continuously innovate and improve the way we hire
Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
Source talent through social media channels and other networking activities
Coach, train new recruits, and assume informal/formal leadership roles within team

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
5-12 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Ability to creatively and resourcefully source, engage & pipeline top talents.
Excellent stakeholder management skills & strong in building relationships
Exceptional candidate management experience
Independent, resourceful and proactive to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing APAC recruitment advantageous
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
