GTM Content Development Specialist (Supervising Associate)

As a GTM Content Development Specialist, you will support the sourcing, development, and activation of high-quality go-to-market assets that align with client growth priorities, ensuring deliverables adhere to established standards and contribute meaningfully to go to market activities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Plan, prepare and execute assigned content requests including go to market asset development, content sourcing and harvesting campaigns and impact measurement.
- Contribute to content development initiatives aligned with client growth priorities.
- Assist in curating and activating go-to-market content and experiences to ensure relevance and accessibility for client servers.
- Apply governance standards and best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
- Use GenAI and analytics tools to support content creation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Clients & Industries and partner functions (e.g., Industries, Accounts, Regions, SLs, G&I, BMC, Technology) to support content refinement.
- Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on continuous learning and development.
Skills & Attributes
- Demonstrated working knowledge of EY’s go-to-market strategy and Demand Generation products & services.
- Experience supporting content execution for Sector, Solutions, or Big Bets initiatives in alignment with business priorities.
- Ability to articulate the purpose and intended use of each of the go-to-market assets and curated experiences delivered by the CoE
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, with consistent attention to detail and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce stakeholder-ready deliverables under guidance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, GenAI tools (EYQ skills, Copilot etc) and EY’s content management tools (Adobe CMS, Workfront etc)
- Strong team player who is able to work effectively across functions and geographies.
