The Reference Data Services Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Wiling to work on EMEA Shift.
• Support various technical engagements from an operational perspective such as EUC development and maintenance, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and others.
• Working with Technology and BA teams to implement system solutions, streamline operational processes, identify process efficiencies, reducing manual processes via system automation, drive UAT and regression testing.
• Maintenance, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and others.
• Provide SIT, UAT testing with strategic technology rollouts.
• Coordinate with global coders in other regions to resolve issue.
• Ability to perform deep dive analysis and draw conclusions.
• Independently assess workflow issues and redirects work as necessary.
• Deals with variable (occasionally complex) issues with substantial potential impact.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Must possess knowledge of SharePoint and VBA/Excel/Access Macros.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel, Access and Power Point.
• Robotics automation (Automation Anywhere or other tools) deployment experience as project lead or developer.
• Strong organization skills with an excellent attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills in a local setting, as well as across different geographic locations.
• Knowledge and familiarity with financial products & data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters, S&P, Telekurs, etc).
• Weekend availability to support Production releases.
• Knowledge of PTS for internal Project tracking an advantage.
