What you'll be doing -  Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and results, and provide clear progress updates. 
-  Monitor project progress, manage risks, remove roadblocks, and implement efficiency improvements. 
-  Lead and motivate multi-functional technical teams across all PV phases, fostering collaboration and effective written/verbal communication. 
-  Build expertise in Unity development workflows and cloud services, enabling you to confidently, open, build, assess, and discuss Unity projects. 
-  Champion production quality by ensuring PV scores reflect readiness and deliver value to customers. 
What we're looking for-  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical. Art or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
-  Proven experience in leading and delivering complex technical projects. 
-  Experience in the gaming industry - ideally, you will have built games/projects within the Unity Editor. 
-  Strong program and project management skills, including strategic planning, operating plans, internal communications, and proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 
-  Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges early, develop effective solutions, and maintain momentum in high-pressure environments. 
-  Effective written/verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and foster productive stakeholder relationships. 
-  Commitment to continuous learning and growth, staying current with evolving Unity technologies, industry trends, and production best practices.
