- 7 years of development experience in large-scale enterprise systems prior to management, preferably in the HR domain or Workday.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in enterprise software development, with a focus on leveraging third-party tools and first-party engineering to influence solution design.
- Experience with SOAP, REST APIs, and industry-standard security protocols.
- Experience with GCP services such as GCE, BigQuery, or Spanner.
