- 3+ years of experience leading teams
- Proven ability to develop and attract top talent
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building complex, highly optimized SQL queries from large data sets
- Python implementation experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights
- Business English/Japanese speaking, writing, and reading skills (required to attend meetings, lead discussions, and write documents)
