Expectation and Tasks
The roles can span across various profiles from any or all the below categories:

Implementation Experience/Expertise [Core expectation]
The careers will start with building experience in core service delivery/implementation projects with skillsets in being able to bridge business requirements to IT capabilities of SAP product suite (cloud & hybrid) designed for these solutions. The job descriptions in this profile will include
•business requirement analysis, configuring SAP products, design solutions for product gaps as per the customer specific needs
•delivering IT consulting services in models suitable for the international/global consulting entity of the services arm for one of the largest cloud & on-prem ERP solution provider in the world
•design and deliver solutions to help customers transform into intelligent enterprises

Understanding of typical cloud & ERP implementations, software life cycles, agile methodologies will be a huge advantage

Qualification and Experience

-Post-Graduation in Commerce or CA or CIMA or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
-Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and non-technical audiences
-Certification in any of the SAP Finance solutions, is an added advantage
-Experience in delivering consulting services in ERP implementations is an advantage
-Experience in creating and building solutions, POCs and products in the area of intelligent technologies will be an added advantage

Work Experience

•7 to 10 years of SAP Experience
•Hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
•Experience/exposure to any one or more of the below SAP finance solution areas is an added advantage:
o Treasury and Cash Management
o Financial Supply Chain Management
o Financial Consolidation and Reporting
o Central Finance
•Exposure/experience in Show tell workshops, SAP best practices is an added advantage
•Experience in business process configurations and testing of process scenarios
•Project Implementation experience on Rollout/Conversions demonstrating the ability to manage configuration, data set up, develop process flows etc., and or Involved in implementation of above modules in their organization and experience as power users is an added advantage
•Ability to write detailed functional specifications
