Role Description:
The Talent Content Senior Specialist is responsible for tasks such as creating content calendars, calls to action and methods to obtain content from contributors in several forms: photos, text, videos and more; supporting in-house content production and designing, filming and editing employee focused content for social media and to support Talent delivery goals and attract top talent to the company.
The role includes production planning tasks, where strong coordination skills will be required, including asking critical questions to inform project briefs, ensure a smooth integration of new projects and drive stakeholder-facing processes.
The role requires demonstrable experience working in employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, content and/or design.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
Develop new content ideas to promote Booking.com as a great place to work through various content channels - social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok), careers site or static assets
Manage social media calendar, develop copy and call to action optimized per platform
Support and advise stakeholders and process briefs and coordinate execution with agency partners
Identify innovation opportunities: on content, processes or services, present ideas, pitches and proposals for creative content to be further developed
Research and analyze trends and be able to provide basic social media analysis with clear KPIs to show progress towards the Talent Marketing Content strategy and make data driven decisions around content creation and community management
Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Product and other teams to ensure connectivity with our Culture, Values, EVP, and Customer Brand Sentiment. Align on key campaign collaborations which support our overarching Talent Attraction and engagement initiatives.
Take ownership of additional projects & tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with strong written and spoken English skills.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, design, or video editing—ideally working with communities or groups.
Expertise in Talent and Recruitment, including sourcing strategies and Talent Attraction for diverse demographics.
Advanced skills in social media and community management across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Data-driven approach to measuring, storytelling, and optimizing top-of-funnel metrics (cost per engagement, candidate sentiment, digital engagement scores).
Highly organised and deadline-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
Creative, proactive storyteller skilled at producing engaging content and solving problems with a positive, results-driven attitude.
