Coordinate with third party vendors for production of monthly and quarterly performance reports, as well as facilitate distribution of reports to clients
Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to investigate and resolve issues that may occur throughout BAU production of fact sheets
Perform regular control reviews to ensure compliance with auditing, risk and regulatory requirements and standards
Assist with additional Client Reporting tasks including: Testing, Quality and Control checks, RCSAs ad hoc request, etc.
Prepare, review and revise Standard Operating Procedures as needed and recommend improvements to remediate risks and enhance controls
Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to ensure a positive client experience
Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.
Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
Taking process trainings for new joiners.
