Job Description

1、 经销商发货管理：根据公司要求的发货配额处理经销商订单，在系统下单、与仓库沟通发货安排、跟进物流及后续回款情况等

2、 经销商退货管理：根据公司政策处理退货，审核退货申请、处理退货订单等

3、 其他经销商支持：配合商务进行经销商的日常管理，解答经销商提出的疑问等

4、 系统维护：维护部门各系统的数据，保证系统的正常运行

5、 数据支持：与各相关部门保持密切联系，并根据其他部门的要求，提供各类发货数据

熟悉SAP系统，熟练使用Excel、Word、PDF等Microsoft Office工具，有财务知识者优先

有团队合作精神和快速学习能力 良好的英语阅读和写作能力
