Job Responsibilities: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
Maintains close relationships with and works through key distributor partners to effectively facilitate deliveries of refrigerant products
Works closely with all functions (legal, supply chain, logistics, engineering, technology, etc)
Interacts with and coordinates activities with peer Account Managers who are calling on the same account in other regions.
Builds a sales pipeline, works on NPI programs in the territory. Provides accurate AOP and monthly forecasts for the territory
Assists in collection of invoices as needed
Complete the daily tasks that manager assignedAdditional Qualifications:
Master degree(preferred) in a relevant field of Thermal and Power Engineering/Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering/HVAC Engineering
Technical knowledge and understanding of energy and sustainability solutions
Nice to have some related working experience but not a must
Excellent communication and presentations skills both written and verbal
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
Excellent skills on MS software including PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word etc,
Good at data collection, analysis and presentation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
