솔루션즈 아키텍트로서 여러분은 고객의 클라우드 여정의 시작부터 중요한 기여를 할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 됩니다. 다양한 산업군의 많은 고객들을 만나 각 고객들의 중요한 기술 및 사업 과제들을 함께 논의하고 고객들이 AWS를 통해 보다 안정적이고 안전하게 기술 및 비지니스 목표들을 달성하는데 기여하게 될 것입니다. 무엇보다 여러분은 믿음직한 조언자로서 고객들에게 기술적 통찰을 제공하고, 서비스 로드맵과 함께 올바른 기술적 선택을 내릴수 있도록 도움을 제공하게 될 것입니다.• Work directly with customers to accelerate their business outcomes and recommend best-practice cloud architectures in line with their long-term business needs, going beyond what they say and into what they really need, and develop new solutions that best match those needs.
• Drive technical solutions discussions with your customers, diving deep into the details to solve complex technical challenges and craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures
• Act as a thought leader playing a role in educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops in Korean or English
• Deeply understand AWS platform and architectural best practices. Also develop unique technical capability, be it specialized knowledge in a particular technical or industry domain where you will become a go-to person for both customer and your team
• As a Builder, you’ll shape the direction of our products and services through gathering• 고객과 협업하여 클라우드 여정을 가속화할 수 있도록 리드합니다. 분명하지 않은 요구사항을 제시 하더라도 실제 원하는 바를 잘 이해하여 장기적 목표 달성에 올바른 방향으로 솔루션을 제시합니다.
• 깊이있는 기술논의를 통해 고객들이 보안, 가용성, 성능, 운영 편의성 그리고 비용 효율성등의 관점에서 AWS 모범사례들을 적용하여 아키텍처를 설계할 수 있도록 가이드 하고 명확한 답변을 제공합니다.
• Thought leader 로서 다양한 규모의 내/외부 행사 등에서 직접 만든 기술 자료를 발표하며 솔루션 데모, 기술 블로그, 기술백서, 팟 캐스트 또는 비디오 클립과 같은 기술 컨텐츠를 한국어로 만들고 공유합니다.
• AWS 플랫폼과 다양한 모범사례들을 깊이 있게 이해할 뿐 아니라 적어도 하나 이상의 기술 또는 산업 영역에 대한 지식, 경험 등의 전문성을 바탕으로 고객과 AWS 직원들에게 기술적 도움을 제공합니다.
• 고객의 피드백에 기반하여AWS 서비스 팀의 제품 담당자에게 제품/서비스의 발전 방향에 대한 조언을 제공합니다.A day in the life
팀에 합류하시면 초기 몇 개월간 AWS 클라우드의 다양한 기술을 습득하고 업무를 익히실 수 있도록 체계화된 온보딩 (onboarding) 계획과 함께 멘토가 제공됩니다. 솔루션즈 아키텍트로서의 본격적인 업무가 시작되면 여러분은 고객의 비지니스와 기술 상황을 깊이있게 이해하고, AWS 서비스들을 통해 고객이 당면 기술 과제를 해결할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 수행하게 됩니다. 보다 구체적으로, 서비스 아키텍처에 대한 가이드, 핸즈온 (hands-on)이 포함된 기술 워크샵 진행, 기술 질문에 대한 답변 및 고객이 클라우드 도입을 하는데 방해가 되는 모든 기술적 장애물을 해결하는 역할을 수행하게 됩니다. 또한 첫 1년 안에 여러분은 다양한 AWS 고객들과 함께 일하게 될 것이고, AWS Seoul Summit 을 포함한 아시아-태평양 (APAC) 지역의 다양한 행사에서 발표를 하거나, 기술 블로그 작성, 특정 기술주제에 대한 백서(whitepaper)를 작성하게 됩니다. 또한, 고객의 다양한 피드백을 수집하여 서비스팀에 직접 전달함으로써 서비스의 발전 방향에 영향을 줄 수도 있습니다.

- 3+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Passion for evangelizing and presenting technical concepts to developers, IT management

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Presentation for internal/external events, White boarding)
- Experience architecting, migrating or transforming customer requirements to the cloud
- Experience in large migration project or distributed infrastructure design/implementation/consulting
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency
