As a, you will manage and monitor the end-to-end sales order flow, focusing on handling exceptions within your EMEA team.

Your role includes:

• Creating projects in SAP MP1 using the correct sales order/contract type

• Monitoring Handshake cases from the DMS tool (order received)

• Creating chapters/phases in the project based on the split received in the Bob Quote

• Processing invoices for projects according to company procedures, based on customer acceptance documents

• Providing the required documentation to auditors

You're the right fit if you:

• Have 2 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Order Management role or Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service

• Possess good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results

• Can prioritize your work and have strong attention to detail

• Are proficient in both French and English ( C1 level )

• Have working knowledge of SAP or/and Salesforce
