Your key responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts.
  • Provide legal advisory services on various subjects to business.
  • Manage mandatory reporting, licensing and other regulatory compliance for the firm’s business operations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver legal related training programs to business.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Law School Degree,
  • Advanced English,
  • 7-10 years (postgraduate) of legal experience in inhouse office or law firm,
  • Proven track record in commercial law matters, including but not limited to contracts, corporate, data protection, and compliance matter,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  • Business Partner mindset, Solution-oriented advising,
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
