5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

7+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience

  • Partners: Experience leveraging partner solutions to solve customer needs and scale opportunities.
  • Experience creating cloud migration Proof of Concepts (PoC), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for customers ​that lead to production deployments

Excellent Communicator:Demonstrates executive presence, presentation skills, deep technical product demo abilities, written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior application architects and development leads. Experience in influencing and building relationships across technical and business teams; managing various stakeholder relationships to gain consensus on solution/projects

5+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management

  • Competitive Landscape: Knowledgeof competitive application development platforms, such as AWS, GCP, Salesforce, etc.
  • Works cohesively with customers, the Microsoft account team, and Microsoft partners. Helps others succeed by identifying and promoting innovative solutions and strategies

Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture)

Responsibilities
  • Own technical discussions with customers leveraging processes and tools, demos and programs; using consultative sales methodology and technical expertise to influence customer vision; establish rules of engagement for extended teams.Support the creation of new pipelines in the account team by identifying new opportunities.
  • Build technology strategy by mapping the agreed customer business outcomes into an appropriate Azure technology framework, resolving concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers, and translating technology complexity into business impact. Work with the customer, account team, and partners todrive and support the customer’s AI transformation inclusive of AI Applications and data foundation.
  • Design the solution using your technical knowledge,architect skills and consultingskills to win a customer’s technical decision and meet the customer’s needs; drive Pilots/Proof of Concepts (PoC) to create momentum for Minimum Viable Product (MVP), infusing AI technologies where appropriate and being technically proficient to do Proof of Concepts (PoC) with hands-on-skills.
  • Scale through partner by engaging in partner sell-with scenarios to carry out technical engagement activities, facilitating and managing partner resources and processes for Pilot/Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Be the Trusted advisor and be proactive to find and understand customers’ pain points and design and offer the technical solution that aligns with the business case.
  • Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team and Global Black Belts to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
