What you'll do

You will be working closely with the Steering Lead of a company-wide People initiative. You will gain first-hand insights into how such large and strategic initiatives are managed including stakeholder management and key communication activities. Amongst other topics, you will support the preparations and follow-ups of steering meetings, maintain and further improve key communication assets and engage with key stakeholders.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
• Language skills: Proficient in English
• Computer skills: PowerPoint (mandatory), MS Teams & SharePoint (seen as a plus, but not mandatory)
• Soft skills: Creative and strategic thinker, motivated to work on impactful initiatives, can-do attitude
