Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience with people management, leading, and developing a sales team.
Experience working with App ads or performance advertisers.

Understanding of Google's products and services.
Ability to lead and drive complex operational and strategic initiatives involving cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and executive level influencing.
