As a Software Development Engineer on this team, you will design and create software designs and implementation for medium-to-large scale projects across all areas of this new automotive shopping initiative. You will work directly with creative, product management and program management to understand and define the requirements and apply your technical expertise to solve difficult software problems in a fast-paced environment. You'll design and build software and systems for novel customer experiences, AWS services, and large-scale back-end web services, all with the goal of delivering a seamless experience to the customer.Key job responsibilities

- 6+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 6+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 6+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Bachelor's degree

- 6+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
