Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience developing technical strategy, and managing end to end Physical Security technology delivery and contracts.
- Experience with Physical Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Case Management, Video Management, PSIM, IT Networking, and Construction/Architecture.
- Experience interacting with and influencing diverse technical and non-technical groups, at various levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in technology strategy development, design and execution within Physical/Cyber Security industries with PSP, CPP, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification.
- Experience in people and vendor management.
- Ability to lead projects by navigating priorities, measurable objectives, dependencies, planning, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, implementation and subsequent monitoring, through informal authority.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and people management skills and ability to take initiative while building cross-functional relationships.
- Planning skills including attention to detail, information organization, timeline tracking, and communication across teams and organizational levels.
