Job Description

Under the supervision of Strategy Realization and Innovation Lead this role is expected to include the following activities:

Gaps and Opportunities of Transformative Innovation Identification

• Liaise with business units and external stakeholders to gather and share needs, refine process, and engage in feedback loop.
• Listen, understand, and help other teams to sort their needs and priorities and expose unproven approaches and technologies to be explored.

Business Strategical Analysis and Commercial Activities Excellence

• Assist to execute long-term strategy for key product lines to maximize value.
• Identify and initiate new commercial programs.
• Work closely with finance to support budget planning with insights of commercial standpoints.

Team, Divisional and Organizational Collaboration

• Develop and maintain strong positive and empathetic working relationships with other functions and external teams.

Operation and Process Supports

• Execute tactical components of our company's Taiwan Aspiration, particularly as they relate to innovation management, needs assessments, and gap analysis.
• Contribute to multiple initiatives across business units; serves on internal cross-platform workgroups to maximize strategy results and scale.
• Monitor and report on the process of innovation initiatives, addressing any issues that may arise during the process.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, milestones, and relevant communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in drug product management, commercial innovation, or consulting
• Experience in presenting to senior leaders and cross-function communication.
• Possess data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of KPIs, lead analytics, and statistics.
