Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Experience delivering cloud productivity suite migration or adoption programs with enterprise companies.
Experience in project, product, or program management.
Experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field, with a portion spent in a client-facing leadership capacity.
Ability to fluently speak and write in English and Spanish due to local stakeholder contact and Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing cloud business cases and TCO analysis aligning the costs of a productivity suite to business value metrics.
Experience analyzing and interpreting adoption data and usage metrics to provide insights and course-correct OCM efforts.
Experience with a proven track record of applying modern collaboration technology to specific domains to drive business outcomes.
Understanding of Workspace or equivalent products and business-oriented grasp of its principles and potential to translate technical concepts into business value for an executive audience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.
