Key accountabilities:
- Develop the nddc annual/seasonal merchandising plans to support a distinctive assortment offering with speed and responsiveness.
 - Adopt and assort for the all platforms, working with Planning on the seasonal OTB buy plan.
 - Partner with Store and Value marketplace team to provide product insights to consumer gender team to fulfil marketplace product needs, and address digital nuance.
 
Deliverables:
- Participate in the key merch and planning gates and handle all the deliverables according to Consumer Code.
 - Deliver Geo product direction with the digital CDM team to tell deeper stories and ensure localization needs are delivered.
 - Bringing 13-weeks to live through digital journey through partnership with brand and platform.
 - Ensure assortments support financial targets in partnership with Planning and Analytics
 - Read and react to in season analytics and identify opportunities to adapt current business and inform future assortments, merchandising strategies and strategic initiatives driven by member mindsets.
 - Partner with Consumer and Gel team to get after product opportunities to serve GC consumer needs.
