Leads all areas of the Treat operations training department providing a high-load of new hires and frequent continuous education support to Treat operation. Directs a mature and solid training team to establish the operational goals and work plans within training according to strategic objectives.cts as a guide and mentor to growing training departments within the organization.
In this role, you will…
- Establishes and directs Treat trainings for new hires’ positions within the organization.
- Establishes and directs continuous educations programs and software updates training for CAD designersandClinical specialists.
- Drives Treat-related training for External customers and Customer-facing stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Treat production management to develop strategy and execution for local Treat operation.
- Analysis of training/production data to implement strategies to obtain positive results in training area.
- Delivers expected results to organization and provides visibility to top management.
Education & Experience
- equires a Bachelor Degree, or may have a Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university
- Has6-10yearsofmanagement experience in training organizations
Languages
- Proficiency in English is desirable for this position.
Technical Skills
- Proficient with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, power point, e-mail, etc.).
- Experience on Business Objects Reporting or Power BI
- Previous experience as a Training, Operations, Project or Program Manager directly managing and developing supervisor/ managers.
- Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
- Experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methods
- Experience in training and learning methodologies
- Experience in training and facilitation
Certifications
- PM Certification is a plus
- Lean manufacturing is a plus
- Instructional Design is a plus.
